Martin has more than 30 years experience in the IT arena, with a range of technical skills from electronic design to software engineering, spanning roles from Developer to Technical Consultant and Product Manager. His early training at Ferranti unearthed an interest in digital telephony that would eventually lead to specialist knowledge in T1 and E1 telephony protocols and see him working for leading edge companies both here in the UK and overseas in Europe and the USA. Martin formed Probado with Gordon, the aim being to bring large company technology and know-how to small and medium business, without forgetting that the people on both sides are what hold a contract in place.
Martin now lives in Marsden, West Yorkshire, with his wife, three children, two cats, two guinea pigs and three fish.
